Hi there!

Hello, I'm Dez! For the last 8+ years, I've experienced the dynamic world of Walmart and other retailer omni-digital landscapes.

 

I thrive on developing brands to become high-performing, focusing on quality, collaboration and excellence within eCommerce ecosystems.

 

Problem-solving is my passion, and I love using creativity and innovation to tackle complex challenges. I've found my niche and very much enjoy navigating omni channels, while building meaningful connections along the way.

My Story

In late 2016, I joined Jet.com as a Member Services Representative and quickly transitioned into Quality Assurance. Following Walmart's acquisition of Jet.com, I ventured a journey across various Walmart Support Teams, gaining insights into all facets of eCommerce. Throughout my career, I have held roles such as Partner Support Associate, DSV Performance Manager, DSV Onboarding & Operations Manager, and Executive Escalation for WFS.

In 2022, I was thrilled to take on the role of Omni Digital Account Manager for a major CPG company, to which I gained valuable perspectives from the other side of Walmart. This experience deepened my understanding of OmniChannel ecosystems and marketing strategies with Walmart Connect.

Today, I am excited to announce the launch of my own business, OmniGrow eCommerce, dedicated to helping brands thrive in Walmart's OmniChannel landscape and beyond.
